Excellent Location and Service!
central location friendly staff
I was impressed by the central and safe location. The staff are so accommodating, knowledgeable, and nice! I particularly enjoyed the service by Carlos, Adan, and Chef Alma in the lounge. They were always friendly and helpful.
I found that the gym could use some updating. The equipment seemed a bit old, and some machines were out of order. I think a refresh would greatly improve the guest experience.

The breakfast had very good options, including many styles. I stayed for two nights and I did not see the same food twice. The personnel provided really good service.

The gym includes a sauna and a steam room. The club lounge offers amazing service. Adan, Alma, and Jesica work there. The bar was amazing! The cultural center is well-managed.

Jesica and Adam at the lounge were always ready to help with a smile. Excellent service was given all the time. Francisco at the front desk was great, and he even delivered a birthday cake to my room!

The staff are eager to assist and very nice. The rooms and public areas are clean. Many areas have been refurbished. The location is excellent for visiting museums and enjoying cultural experiences.

The fitness center is large. I found it clean and very well equipped. the executive lounge was a huge plus. I loved the full breakfast available every day and the happy hour with beer and wine!!!
the motor-lobby was closed for maintenance.
